Projects and sites
Group people by project or site, and track budgets.
What it is for
Use projects for sites, clients or teams. A project holds its people, a budget and custom fields, and can have its own geofence zone.
How it goes
- AdminCreate a project with a name and budget.
- AdminAssign employees one at a time, or in bulk. The bulk screen shows a preview before anything changes.
- AdminOptionally draw a geofence zone for that project in Settings > Attendance.
- EmployeePunches are checked against the zones for their project and any zones that apply to everyone.
