Geofence, punch photos and location

Optional checks for field and site teams, with privacy built in.

Geofence

1. AdminIn Settings > Attendance draw circular zones on the map for everyone or for one project.
2. AdminChoose a mode: refuse punches outside zones, or record and flag them.
3. EmployeePunches inside a zone work as usual. Outside, the punch is refused or flagged.

Remote staff can be marked 'Can punch from anywhere' on their form.

Punch photos

1. AdminSwitch on in Settings > Attendance and choose required or optional.
2. EmployeeA photo is taken with each check-in and check-out. The app explains this the first time.
3. Admin / ManagerReview photos in Attendance > Punch photos by date.
4. SystemPhotos are deleted automatically after the retention period (90 days by default).

Continuous location

1. AdminSwitch on in Settings > Attendance and tick it for the employees concerned.
2. EmployeeReads the notice in the app and agrees. Without consent nothing is recorded.
3. SystemWhile checked in, records location every 30 minutes by default and stops at check-out.
4. Admin / ManagerReviews a day's trail on a map in Attendance > Location. Each view is logged.
5. EmployeeSees their own trail and who viewed it under My location today. Withdrawing consent deletes their history.
