Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LucidusHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

LucidusHub is a cloud-based HR management platform providing employee management, attendance tracking, project management, and payroll processing with Indian compliance features. The Service is accessible via web browsers and mobile applications.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, your organization must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Pricing and Billing

The Service is billed at ₹39 per user per month (monthly billing) or ₹390 per user per year (annual billing). All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable taxes (GST). We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.

Free trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial for up to 10 users. No payment information is required during the trial.

Refunds: Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rata refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Use the Service to store or process data in violation of data protection laws
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission

6. Data Ownership

Your organization retains all rights to the data you input into the Service ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data. We process Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is the intellectual property of LucidusHub. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or proprietary technology beyond what is necessary to use the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LucidusHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will retain Your Data for 90 days after termination, during which you may request data export. After 90 days, Your Data will be permanently deleted.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
