How LucidusHub works

The whole month at a glance: who does what, and in what order.

The big picture

LucidusHub connects three things: your people, their attendance, and their pay. Attendance feeds payroll, so the more accurately days are recorded, the less you fix at month end.

A typical month

1. AdminAdds new joiners to Employees and, if needed, assigns them to a project or shift.
2. EmployeeChecks in and out from the mobile app each working day and applies for leave when needed.
3. Manager / AdminApproves leave as requests come in (Admin also approves overtime) and fixes missed punches on the muster roll.
4. AdminAt month end, generates payroll, reviews it and finalizes.
5. AdminMarks payslips as paid. Employees see and download their payslip in the app.

Who sees what

• Admin: everything, including settings, payroll and employee records.
• Manager: attendance, approving leave, advances and reimbursements, and viewing overtime, punch photos and location trails for the organization.
• Employee: their own attendance, leave, payslips, advances and reimbursements only.

Each organization sees only its own data.
